Terms of Service
Last updated June 30, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using 6 Doors Down (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
6 Doors Down provides software for landlords to manage rental properties, including tenant records, rent ledgers, documents, requests, and related communications. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
3. Trials and subscriptions
New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, a paid plan is required to continue using the Service. Plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected, and fees are described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
5. Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data you enter, including property, tenant, and financial records. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you store.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, disrupting its operation, or using it to violate the rights of others or applicable landlord-tenant, fair-housing, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates third-party providers (for example, payment processing and email delivery). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 6 Doors Down is a record-keeping tool and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6 Doors Down will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to any data-retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be directed to your account administrator or to the contact address published on our website.
